We do not collect any sensitive personal data, payment information, or data from children under the age of 13.

We collect your data for one purpose only:

• To notify you when Pontora launches in your area — we will send you a one-time SMS and email when the app goes live. That is the sole reason your data is collected.

The legal basis for processing your data is consent (Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR). By submitting your details via our waitlist form, you consent to us sending you a single launch notification.

4. How We Use Your Data

Your data will only be used to contact you about the Pontora launch. We will not:

• Sell your data to any third party
• Share your data with third parties for marketing purposes
• Use your data for any purpose other than those stated in this policy

5. Who We Share Your Data With

We may share your data with the following trusted service providers solely to operate the waitlist:

• Render (render.com) — our hosting provider, where your data is stored securely
• SMS provider — used to send you a launch notification text message (e.g. Textlocal)
• Email provider — used to send you a launch notification email (e.g. Mailchimp)

All third-party providers are required to handle your data securely and in accordance with UK GDPR.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

We will retain your waitlist data until one of the following occurs:

• You request that we delete your data
• Pontora launches and the waitlist is closed (at which point waitlist data will be deleted within 30 days of launch)
• 12 months have passed since you signed up, whichever comes first

Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to access — you can request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Right to rectification — you can ask us to correct any inaccurate data
• Right to erasure — you can ask us to delete your data at any time
